Meet Our Team
Dr. Jillka Kabadia, D.C.
The proud owner of Unique Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre. She graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO in 2003 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Kapadia has been the official chiropractor for several professional sports teams and has worked with personal trainers, athletic trainers and coaches to help improve athletic performance. She currently is the official chiropractor for the FC Durham Academy.
Dr. Kapadia focuses strongly on caring for pregnant women through their pregnancy and labour. She also cares for newborns and children to help them live a healthy life right from the start.
Rahim Amarshi, D.Ch
Rahim is a registered Chiropodist, with a special interest in pediatrics and biomechanics. Rahim graduated from the Chiropody program at The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences and has been practicing since 2003.
He is also a multi-year recipient of the Reader’s Choice Awards for Best Foot Specialist in Markham. During his spare time, Rahim enjoys travelling with his family and trying new foods. He also enjoys watching the Raptors, Blue Jays and catching the latest series on Netflix.
Sanie Tan, RMT
Sanie has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2014. She received her training at Royal Institute of Science and Management. She has worked in a variety of different settings such as, physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, and spa. She can provide both therapeutic & relaxation massages.Sanie has several massage techniques such as, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage and reflexology. She works with the patient to teach them stretches and exercises to continue improving their health at home.
Zamoria Guadeloupe
Zamoria became a member of our team in February of 2024. She has a broad experience in reception, office admin and customer service. Working at Unique Family Chiropractic has further piqued her interest in the health care and wellness field, she plans to complete her BA In psychology in the near future. In her spare time Zamoria enjoys fun walks with her dog and watching documentaries.
